As part of their grievance procedure many organisations will offer a complainee the opportunity to have their complaint vindicated by an independent party.

We provide a professional independent investigation service when organisations are required to engage an independent investigator.

All complaints are investigated thoroughly, and a detailed report is provided to the company or companies nominee as per the investigation terms of reference.
