Preliminary Meeting
The mediator and the client will have a general discussion on the issue/conflict, and the mediator will decide if the mediation process suitable as a means to resolve the conflict
Agreement to Mediate
The mediator will draft an agreement that must be signed by all the disputing parties before the mediation can commence
The Mediation
The mediator will facilitate a conversation between the disputing parties where the mediator will ask open questions to determine the conflict's real cause. (this may take some time as no two mediations are the same)
The Final Agreement/Settlement
Once the parties have come to a mutual agreement on how to move forward, the mediator will document the agreement's conditions and the parties themselves can decide if the agreement is legally binding or not.
All our mediators/investigators are qualified to level 9 on the QQI framework.
